Todd began his career with Deloitte in their Financial Advisory Services practice and has worked in the litigation support, forensic investigation and royalty audit consulting space for nearly twenty years. During this time he has worked in a variety of industries including high-tech, manufacturing, gaming, life sciences, and telecommunications, to name a few. He is a licensed Attorney and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of California, a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the AICPA. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Northridge, a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine, and a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
